Our Returns Policy
Returns & Exchanges
If your item isn’t quite right, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. All items must be unused, in original condition, with all labels, tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to the customer. All returns must be authorised via Customer Care. Unauthorised or unidentified returns will be sent back to the sender.
We offer:
- Exchanges (same item in a different size)
- Store Credit: For eligible change-of-mind returns
- Refunds: Only available for faulty goods
For change-of-mind or size exchange purchases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
In the event that the customer wishes to exchange for a different style, the customer is responsible for paying any difference in price that may incur, as well as shipping required.
In Store
New Season Items - Pieces purchased in any of our boutiques are eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of their initial purchase
Sale - All sale items cannot be returned or exchanged and sales are considered final.
Made-to-measure - All made-to-measure items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and return shipping costs, including fees for returns.
Delays
On occasion, orders may experience customs delays. We cannot tell you how much these costs will be. We are not liable for any customs charges incurred on incoming or returned items. Please contact us at contact@christiankimber.com if you have more questions.
Refund
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method and only include original shipping costs if the item is faulty or your order was cancelled. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Return Guidelines
Clothing: Items should be returned new, unworn, unwashed with all garment tags attached.
Underwear and swimwear: should be tried on over your own underwear.
Shoes: Please return both shoes, including the dust bag and box. Shoes may only be tried on carpeted and clean surfaces only.
Bags/Accessories: Must be returned with original packaging and authenticity materials.
Repeated returns
We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, customers returning items repeatedly may be refused at our discretion.
Gift returns
To return an item received as a gift, please contact us at contact@christiankimber.com for assistance.
Faulty goods
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for repair or replacement within 28 days from the date you received it.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of acceptable quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that damages due to normal wear and tear, accident, or misuse caused after purchase are not considered faulty or eligible for a refund.
If you have owned your item for longer than this, and certainly over 6 months, then please contact the customer care team for assessment.
Late returns
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Christian Kimber team and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Colours
We strive to represent product colours accurately; however, variations may occur due to individual monitor settings.
